Moving Feet = Healthy Feet

Stomp, march, flex, point, make circles with each foot (slowly), curl your toes then spread them wide apart, pick up a sock off the floor, walk on your toes, walk on your heels, walk on the inside of your feet, walk on the outside of your feet, go heel-toe/heel-toe, etc., massage each toe, massage the souls of your feet, wear yoga toes, dance!
